A: The minimum upload speed is 500 Kbps per IP camera; however, with this speed the image quality would not be adequate (the video would play with image jumps), so 1000 Kbps or 1 Mbps per IP camera is recommended.

4.- How can I add a camera to a mobile device?

A: First, you must download the Tuya Smart, Lloyds Smart or Smart Life app from the App Store or Play Store. After installing the app, you must enter an active e-mail account or mobile number. Next, scan the QR code of the camera you want to add. Finally, a menu will appear where you must enter the name and password of your Internet network to send the credentials. After completing the previous steps, you will be able to see the camera on your device.

5.- How many cameras can I install in one place?

A: You can install as many cameras and devices as you want in any room in your home by using the same or different WI-FI networks (2.4). You can view, record and control your devices through your Smartphone from anywhere in the world.

6.- Is the video of the IP cameras in color or black and white?

A: As long as there is a good light source, all IP cameras will transmit and record in color. When the lighting source is poor or non-existent, the image will be changed to black and white.

7.- How many users can connect simultaneously to the IP cameras?

A: Multiple users. You can share the access to the devices with family and friends. All they need to do is to download the App and enter the account of each of them to share the access.

8.- In the network connection process, the bar does not reach 100%. Is it an error?

A: The camera can only connect to 2.4GHz networks, so make sure that’s the network frequency and try again. Do not hide your network, and for security reasons, verify that it is in WPA2 security version.

9.- Can adding devices repeatedly cause them failures?

A: If at any time a device has a connection problem, it is recommended to restart it and try to add it again.

A: Check if the network is working correctly. Place the camera near the router, and if it does not improve restart the device and add it again.
