How to reset the device to factory settings
If you’re having trouble setting up the device, or if it was set up on another network, follow these steps to restore the factory settings:
Step 1:
Keep the device turned on for 5 seconds.
Step 2:
Turn it off, wait 2 seconds, and turn it back on (repeat this 3 times).
Step 3:
Wait 5 seconds; the light will start blinking to show that the reset was successful.
Step 4:
Scan the code inside (located in the quick guide) and connect the device within the next 15 minutes.
If you can’t connect it within 15 minutes, turn the device off and on again to reactivate pairing mode.
