LLOYD’S AT CES 2023
The Consumer Electronics Show 2023 has come to an end, and for Lloyd’s it was a true privilege to have completed its fifth consecutive appearance at the most important technology show in the world, because it showcases the fruits of great effort, the growth of years of hard work, and the achievement of many goals; goals born from dreams planted more than 30 years ago.
What’s more, being the only Mexican company at this major event brings enormous satisfaction and is an indescribable honor for all of us on the Lloyd’s team. On top of that, our growth was reflected in this edition of CES, because today we are present throughout the Americas, with operations in Mexico, Latin America, and all of North America.
But that’s not all: this year CES witnessed the launch of our new solutions for building smart homes around the world, such as our new line of locks, aroma diffusers, state-of-the-art lighting systems, switches, and power control modules for the homes of today and the near future.
This is just the beginning. At Lloyd’s, we don’t just focus on lighting up your home or making it more comfortable and secure; we also look out for our customers’ budgets by using low-energy LED technology and distributing our products globally at the best prices on the market. In this way, we help build a promising future in which energy savings are a reality and modern homes are within everyone’s reach.
THE IMPACT OF INNOVATION AND THE INTERNET OF THINGS…
In monetary terms, the sector will grow to 182 billion dollars, which is why we are betting on this market’s potential... Without a doubt, we are living through and directly taking part in a true revolution and transformation of homes, workplaces, public spaces, and everyday life in general.
We also know for a fact that 5 out of 10 Mexican homes are becoming smart through the use of voice assistant devices (according to data from the consulting firm Qualtrics). It’s a far-reaching phenomenon that we are part of.
THE IMMEDIATE FUTURE
As we know, CES is the technology show where the whole world gets a front-row look at the innovations that will gradually change the daily lives of billions of people, innovations that will shape the near future and lay the first stones in building new realities for the next generations.
For our part, we can only say a couple of things: Lloyd's will be there, inventing, driving, and innovating. We will stay on the path we began in 1991: the path of effort, vision, growth, creation, and work… the path of transformation.
